Life Enrichment

Vocational/Life Enrichment

The Vocational/Life Enrichment Department consists of academic classes that are offered to our artists to encourage the development of independence and everyday living skills.

HOPE Center for the Arts encourages artist volunteerism and employment within the community. HOPE educates and supports our artists’ success in applying classroom lessons to the development of their independence and Activities of Daily Living. We encourage all artists to take at least one of the academic classes per week.

Yoga is also known to have many health benefits including an increase in range of motion, improved coordination, aid with physical pain or stress, regulate sleep, finding balance, regulate hormones, regulate energy levels, stimulate creativity, and increase confidence levels.
