Ms. Russell is an independent Workforce Development Professional, providing soft skills and career readiness training for youth ages 13 – 24. She works with various school entities, faith-based, and community organizations throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
Pepper has a deep love of all things creative, an irresistible pull for her to join HOPE’s Board. She shares her joy of all the wonderful colors, flavors, and experiences of working with fabrics, threads, textiles, foods, and other artful media with the clients HOPE assists. Ms. Russell has a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Redlands and earned her U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management credentials in 2023.
